A Pillar of Service
After 50 years of offering quality Catholic education to the youth., the Our Lady of the Pillar College – Cauayan is now a recognized pillar of thye community.
Guided by the principles of piety, industry, love, loyalty and righteousness, the school continuously fires the devotion of serving others and the mission of producing diamonds of the best kinds – the ones that illumine the dark corners of the world.
Despite the challenges encountered in its first year of operation, OLPCC blooms to what it is now – a Catholic school anchored in academic excellence and community service. Improvements of instruction and facilities became evident especially when the school was granted level 2 accredited status by the PACU-COA and PAASCU. Known for the quality education it offers and the Christian virtues it inculcates on the youth, a large of students from Cauayan City and its neighboring towns now troop to OLPCC.
Today, OLPCC, a home of professionals and achievers, stands out as one of the most respected institutions in the valley. From a hundred students in its first year of operation, OLPCC is now community of people who, in its abode, receive a high standard and quality education, and are instilled with moral virtues which are present since then.
The principles and ideals that OLPCC upholds are not only confined within its territory. It is spread throughout the society through its fruits who continuously serve the people and through its students who actively participate in outreach programs to share with the unfortunate the blessings for Christ.
For the past 50 years, We Pillaricans, unified in a single faith, have stayed together amidst the trials of time. As. future "pillars" of the nations, we should keep the fire of community service and academic excellence burning, and we should diffuse God’s light on earth. By so doing, we can proudly say that we are true-blooded Pillaricans.

The school and its partner community envision a self-reliant and empowered community in order to build a just and humane society.
Mission
Inspired by the vision and mission of the school, the school and community partnership commits to:
- 1. Instill deep sense of social awareness among the stakeholders (school, community and wider community) in order to understand and have an active participation in improving their conditions.
- 2. Undertake networking activities to bring the school and the community in a more strategic partnership.
- 3. Provide viable programs eliciting their active community participation that will make them more productive and self-reliant.
